By-the-Bay Shipping and Return Policies
Returns
We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is straightforward: You may return any item purchased at By-the-Bay within thirty (30) days for exchange, shop credit, or refund (less shipping charges), provided the item is unused and in saleable condition and you have your dated purchase receipt. If your purchase is defective, we will gladly repair or exchange it for a replacement item.
Shipping and Handling
We are happy to ship your purchase just about anywhere! Our normal packaging and shipping is through First Class or Priority Mail where possible for 2 to 3 day delivery for shipping within the United States. Please note that some very heavy or fragile items requiring special packaging may have additional charges.
We are also happy to ship most items to international locations. For international shipping charges please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to provide you a firm shipping quote.
